Returns & Refunds
Non print-on-demand merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the order. Print-on-demand items are non-returnable except in the case of an item defect. All merchandise must be in resalable condition unless damaged or defective, items cannot be returned if worn or washed. Original shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded unless it is a damaged item. To return an order please email glassandrootsplant@gmail.com for return authorization.

Damaged & Incorrect Goods
We do our best to check all outgoing product, however if you receive damaged or incorrect goods please contact our customer service at glassandrootsplant@gmail.com We will issue a return label as well as ship replacement/correct goods to you.
